  • PAG America collaborates with ISO 17025-certified labs for efficacy validation and registration dossier preparation, accelerating the transformation of ideas into compliant solutions. This end-to-end technical support ensures seamless new product launches.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

Strict Selection Process: We carefully choose suppliers and regularly check their performance.

Global Supplier Network: Over 300 suppliers are evaluated every 6-12 months (questionnaires) and audited every year.

Quality Checks: New materials are tested for safety (heavy metals, microbes) and performance (texture, solubility, taste).

Continuous Monitoring: Suppliers with low ratings are restricted.

Factory Audits: We inspect partner factories to ensure they meet hygiene, record-keeping, and training standards.

Our Quality Control Process

1. Before Production:

Do all product formulas trial. If using new ingredients, run 1–3 months of fast stability tests.

2. During Production:

Continuously check weight, color, and texture etc

3. After Production:

Test for safety (heavy metals, microbes) and ingredient strength. Keep product samples for one year past expiration for tracking or retesting.

Extra Assurance:

Our lab joins yearly third-party testing to ensure accurate results. This ensures full quality control—from ingredients to final products.
